Due to a delay in the release of the Canadian storage inventory, today’s report does not include Canadian data. EIA reported a +88 bcf injection for the week ending August 15 (Bloomberg median +84 bcf, Bloomberg whisper: +86 bcf). The 24 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +80 bcf to +88 bcf with a standard deviation of 2 bcf. Our model showed +85 bcf. Nationwide electricity-weighted cooling degree days reported by NOAA decreased by -3 to 62 CDDs, while natural gas-weighted HDDs .....
